Job Requirements
- Be at least 18 years old
- Available to work mid-shift and closing shifts
- Ability to stand and move for long periods
- Physically capable of lifting merchandise as required
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
- Willingness to comply with Walmart’s drug-free workplace policy
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous retail or merchandising experience is an asset
- Ability to work flexible shifts including mid-shift and closing
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Basic math skills for handling transactions
- Ability to lift and move merchandise safely
- Team-oriented with a positive attitude
Job Duties
- Move incoming merchandise to the sales floor
- Create seasonal display features to meet customer needs
- Assist customers with product inquiries and purchases
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of merchandising areas
- Stock shelves and ensure product availability
- Monitor inventory levels and report shortages
- Collaborate with team members to enhance store presentation
