Job Requirements

  • One year experience as a Food Worker I or outside experience in quantity food preparation or service supervision
  • Ability to work Monday through Friday 4:30pm-8:30pm with rotating weekends
  • Willingness to undergo a criminal background check
  • Ability to follow food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness
  • Ability to provide training and supervision to staff
  • Effective communication skills

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of one year experience as a Food Worker I or equivalent experience in quantity food preparation or service supervision
  • Ability to follow instructions and work under general supervision
  • Good communication skills for training and direction purposes
  • Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
  • Capable of working flexible hours including rotating weekends

Job Duties

  • Set up and prepare food according to established guidelines
  • Provide training and supervision to Food Worker I staff
  • Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in food preparation areas
  • Assist with inventory management and stock rotation
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Collaborate with kitchen team to meet food service demands
  • Support special dietary requests and nutritional needs
