Job Requirements
- One year experience as a Food Worker I or outside experience in quantity food preparation or service supervision
- Ability to work Monday through Friday 4:30pm-8:30pm with rotating weekends
- Willingness to undergo a criminal background check
- Ability to follow food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness
- Ability to provide training and supervision to staff
- Effective communication skills
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of one year experience as a Food Worker I or equivalent experience in quantity food preparation or service supervision
- Ability to follow instructions and work under general supervision
- Good communication skills for training and direction purposes
- Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
- Capable of working flexible hours including rotating weekends
Job Duties
- Set up and prepare food according to established guidelines
- Provide training and supervision to Food Worker I staff
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in food preparation areas
- Assist with inventory management and stock rotation
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Collaborate with kitchen team to meet food service demands
- Support special dietary requests and nutritional needs
