Job Requirements
- Experience as Food Worker I or equivalent in quantity food preparation/service supervision
- Ability to work Monday through Friday from 4:30 pm to 8:30 pm with rotating weekends
- Willingness to undergo criminal background check
- Ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare food service environment
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to follow safety and sanitation protocols
- Eligibility to work without University sponsorship
Job Qualifications
- One year experience as a Food Worker I or outside experience in quantity food preparation/service supervision
Job Duties
- Set up and prepare food under general supervision
- Oversee training and provide direction to team members
- Ensure food preparation meets quality and safety standards
- Assist with maintaining kitchen cleanliness and organization
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth meal service
- Monitor food stock levels and report shortages
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations
