Job Requirements
- Physical stamina to walk long distances and climb stairs while carrying merchandise (up to 40 lbs)
- Strong sales and customer service skills
- Clear communication and ability to project voice to attract customers
- Basic math skills and accuracy in handling electronic transactions
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Comfort working in large crowds and outdoor or indoor stadium environments
Job Qualifications
- Experience in sales, concessions, or customer service preferred
- Smart Serve certification preferred
- Knowledge of food safety practices and product handling
- Ability to work variable hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- Walk through assigned seating areas and actively sell food items by calling out product and engaging with guests
- Carry inventory in a tray or portable container weighing up to 40 lbs and restock as needed
- Take guest orders accurately and serve items promptly and courteously
- Use handheld POS devices to process electronic payments and provide receipts
- Maintain awareness of product inventory and communicate with runners or supervisors for restocking
- Provide accurate change if required and track sales per transaction
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards when handling and serving products
- Provide friendly customer service, answer questions about products, and handle guest concerns
- Comply with venue policies and alcohol service laws, including verifying age if selling alcoholic products
- Assist with inventory counts and end-of-event reconciliation of unsold product
