Job Duties

  • Provide quality customer service by addressing individual needs
  • Oversee and participate in food and beverage preparation and service according to company standards
  • Help plan menus that meet nutritional and taste requirements
  • Ensure timely and efficient meal service and supervise meal serving
  • Respond promptly to customer complaints both in person and via email
  • Train employees and assign work to promote efficiency and excellence
  • Prepare work schedules and manage workflow
  • Complete required reports such as inventory, cash, production, payroll, and timekeeping
  • Handle cash deposits, petty cash, and change funds in compliance with Food Accounting Manual
  • Order necessary food and supplies from approved vendors
  • Direct and maintain sanitation and safety in the facility
  • Develop and enforce kitchen and dining area cleaning schedules
  • Provide written and oral instructions for staff
  • Assist in selecting, orienting, and training employees
  • Perform other duties as assigned
