Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous food service experience preferred
- valid ServSafe certification preferred
- ability to work Monday through Friday, 7:00 am to 2:00 pm
- ability to handle cash and perform organizational duties
- capacity to train and lead a team
- compliance with company sanitation and safety standards
- availability for full-time or part-time work

Job Duties
- Provides quality customer service by providing one-on-one attention to detail
- oversees and participates in the preparation and service of food and beverage items in accordance with company standards for presentation, sanitation, safety and portion control
- helps plan menus
- ensures timely, efficient meal service
- supervises serving of meals
- responds to customer complaints in person and via email
- trains employees and assigns and coordinates work to promote efficiency and excellence
- determines work procedures, prepares schedules, and expedites workflow
- completes required reports such as inventory, cash reports, production records, payroll and timekeeping
- manages cash handling according to Food Accounting Manual
- orders food and supplies from approved sources
- directs and participates in sanitation and safety of facility and employees
- develops and enforces sanitation schedules
- issues written and oral instructions
- helps select and orient employees and oversees staff training
- performs other duties as assigned
