Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • previous food service experience preferred
  • valid ServSafe certification preferred
  • ability to work Monday through Friday, 7:00 am to 2:00 pm
  • ability to handle cash and perform organizational duties
  • capacity to train and lead a team
  • compliance with company sanitation and safety standards
  • availability for full-time or part-time work

  • ServSafe certification preferred

Job Duties

  • Provides quality customer service by providing one-on-one attention to detail
  • oversees and participates in the preparation and service of food and beverage items in accordance with company standards for presentation, sanitation, safety and portion control
  • helps plan menus
  • ensures timely, efficient meal service
  • supervises serving of meals
  • responds to customer complaints in person and via email
  • trains employees and assigns and coordinates work to promote efficiency and excellence
  • determines work procedures, prepares schedules, and expedites workflow
  • completes required reports such as inventory, cash reports, production records, payroll and timekeeping
  • manages cash handling according to Food Accounting Manual
  • orders food and supplies from approved sources
  • directs and participates in sanitation and safety of facility and employees
  • develops and enforces sanitation schedules
  • issues written and oral instructions
  • helps select and orient employees and oversees staff training
  • performs other duties as assigned
