Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum three years of supervisory experience

Job Duties
- Provide quality customer service by giving one-on-one attention to detail
- oversee and participate in the preparation and service of food and beverage items according to company standards
- help plan menus
- ensure timely and efficient meal service and supervise meal serving
- respond to customer complaints in person and via email
- train employees and assign work to promote efficiency and excellence
- determine work procedures and prepare work schedules
- complete daily, weekly, and monthly reports such as inventory, cash reports, production records, payroll, and timekeeping
- handle cash properly according to Food Accounting Manual
- order food and supplies from approved sources
- direct and participate in sanitation and safety compliance
- develop and enforce sanitation schedules
- issue written and oral instructions
- help select and orient employees and oversee staff training
- perform other duties as assigned
