Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous cooking and customer service experience preferred
  • Ability to work full time Monday through Friday with variable hours
  • Must be able to handle physical aspects of the job
  • Willingness to train and learn
  • Basic computer skills for report completion
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Job Qualifications

  • Previous cooking experience preferred
  • Previous customer service experience preferred
  • Leadership or supervisory experience a plus
  • Ability to train and manage employees effectively
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
  • Basic math and cash handling skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours
  • Commitment to quality service and teamwork

Job Duties

  • Provide quality customer service by giving one-on-one attention to detail
  • Oversee and participate in food and beverage preparation and service according to company standards
  • Help plan menus to meet customer needs and operational requirements
  • Ensure timely and efficient meal service while supervising serving staff
  • Respond to customer complaints promptly both in person and via electronic communication
  • Train employees and coordinate their work to promote efficiency and excellence
  • Determine work procedures, prepare schedules, expedite workflow
  • Complete required reports including inventory, cash, production, payroll, and timekeeping
  • Handle cash operations according to Food Accounting Manual standards
  • Order food and necessary supplies from approved vendors
  • Ensure overall sanitation and safety compliance of facility and staff
  • Develop and enforce sanitation schedules for kitchen and dining areas
  • Issue written and oral instructions to staff
  • Assist with employee selection and orientation
  • Perform other assigned duties as necessary
