Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • previous team lead or supervisory experience preferred
  • ability to work varied hours including Monday through Friday
  • reliable and punctual
  • ability to communicate effectively
  • ability to handle cash responsibly
  • willingness to adhere to sanitation and safety regulations
  • capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously
  • must be able to perform essential functions with or without reasonable accommodation

Job Qualifications

  • Previous team lead or supervisory experience preferred

  • knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
  • basic math skills for cash handling and inventory
  • ability to plan menus and ensure quality food service
  • proficiency with reporting systems preferred
  • experience in customer service

Job Duties

  • Provides quality customer service by providing one-on-one attention to detail
  • oversees and participates in the preparation and service of food and beverage items in accordance with company standards for presentation, sanitation, safety and portion control
  • helps plan menus
  • ensures timely, efficient meal service
  • supervises serving of meals
  • responds to customer complaints in person and via email
  • trains employees
  • assigns and coordinates work of employees to promote efficiency and excellence in food and service
  • determines work procedures, prepares work schedules and expedites work flow
  • uses proper systems for required reports such as inventory-cash reports-production records, payroll and time-keeping
  • responsible for proper cash handling as established by the Food Accounting Manual
  • orders food and other necessary supplies from approved sources
  • directs and participates in overall sanitation and safety of the facility and employees
  • develops sanitation schedule and ensures adherence
  • issues written and oral instructions
  • helps select and orient employees and oversees staff training
  • performs other duties as assigned
