Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum 1 year of previous food lead experience
- ability to work full-time with open availability preferred
- capability to respond to customer complaints professionally
- ability to train and supervise staff
- knowledge of sanitation and safety regulations
- basic computer skills for report completion
- strong organizational skills
- compliant with food handling and cash management procedures
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Coordinate activities of other food-service employees
- provide quality customer service with attention to detail
- oversee and participate in food and beverage preparation and service
- plan menus
- ensure timely and efficient meal service
- respond to customer complaints in person and via email
- train employees and assign work
- determine work procedures and prepare schedules
- complete required reports including inventory and payroll
- handle cash properly according to Food Accounting Manual
- order food and supplies from approved sources
- enforce sanitation and safety standards
- develop and maintain sanitation schedule
- issue written and oral instructions
- help select and orient employees
- perform other assigned duties
