Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum 1 year of previous food lead experience
  • ability to work full-time with open availability preferred
  • capability to respond to customer complaints professionally
  • ability to train and supervise staff
  • knowledge of sanitation and safety regulations
  • basic computer skills for report completion
  • strong organizational skills
  • compliant with food handling and cash management procedures

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Coordinate activities of other food-service employees
  • provide quality customer service with attention to detail
  • oversee and participate in food and beverage preparation and service
  • plan menus
  • ensure timely and efficient meal service
  • respond to customer complaints in person and via email
  • train employees and assign work
  • determine work procedures and prepare schedules
  • complete required reports including inventory and payroll
  • handle cash properly according to Food Accounting Manual
  • order food and supplies from approved sources
  • enforce sanitation and safety standards
  • develop and maintain sanitation schedule
  • issue written and oral instructions
  • help select and orient employees
  • perform other assigned duties
