Job Requirements

  • Previous food management experience preferred
  • Ability to work full-time schedule including 2nd and 3rd shifts
  • Must be able to provide quality customer service
  • Ability to supervise and train employees
  • Must be able to handle cash transactions
  • Ability to plan and coordinate foodservice operations
  • Strong communication skills
  • Must comply with sanitation and safety regulations
  • Ability to complete required reports and documentation

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous food management experience preferred
  • Strong leadership and supervisory skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
  • Ability to handle cash and complete reports accurately
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to train and develop staff
  • Ability to work flexible shifts including 2nd and 3rd shifts

Job Duties

  • Provide quality customer service by giving one-on-one attention to detail
  • Oversee and participate in food and beverage preparation and service following company standards for presentation, sanitation, safety, and portion control
  • Help plan menus
  • Ensure timely and efficient meal service and supervise meal serving
  • Respond to customer complaints in person and via email promptly
  • Train employees and assign work to promote efficiency and excellence
  • Determine work procedures, prepare schedules, and expedite workflow
  • Complete required daily, weekly, and monthly reports including inventory, cash reports, production records, payroll, and timekeeping
  • Handle cash properly following Food Accounting Manual guidelines
  • Order food and necessary supplies from approved vendors
  • Direct and participate in maintaining sanitation and safety of facility and employees according to standards and regulations
  • Develop and enforce sanitation schedules for cleaning kitchen and dining areas and washing utensils and equipment
  • Issue written and oral instructions
  • Help select and orient employees and oversee training
  • Perform other duties as assigned
