Job Requirements

Job Duties
- Provide quality customer service by giving one-on-one attention to detail
- Oversee and participate in the preparation and service of food and beverage items according to company standards for presentation, sanitation, safety, and portion control
- Help plan menus
- Ensure timely and efficient meal service
- Respond to customer complaints in person or via email
- Train employees and coordinate work to promote efficiency and excellence
- Determine work procedures, prepare schedules, and expedite workflow
- Complete daily, weekly, and monthly reports such as inventory, cash reports, production records, payroll, and timekeeping
- Manage proper cash handling as established by the Food Accounting Manual
- Order food and supplies from approved sources
- Ensure overall sanitation and safety of facility and employees
- Develop sanitation schedules and enforce adherence
- Issue written and oral instructions
- Help select and orient employees and oversee staff training
- Perform other assigned duties
