Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior kitchen management experience preferred
  • Ability to provide quality customer service
  • Ability to supervise and train employees
  • Understanding of food safety regulations
  • Ability to manage inventory and cash handling
  • Strong communication skills
  • Availability for full-time schedule from 6:30 am to 2:00 pm
  • Willingness to adhere to sanitation and safety standards
  • Capability to respond effectively to customer complaints

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Provide quality customer service by giving one-on-one attention to detail
  • Oversee and participate in preparation and service of food and beverages following company standards
  • Assist in menu planning
  • Ensure timely and efficient meal service and supervise serving of meals
  • Respond to customer complaints both in person and via email
  • Train employees and assign work to promote efficiency and excellence
  • Determine work procedures, prepare schedules, and expedite workflow
  • Complete required daily, weekly, and monthly reports such as inventory, cash, production, payroll, and timekeeping
  • Handle cash according to Food Accounting Manual including deposits and petty cash
  • Order food and supplies from approved sources
  • Direct and participate in sanitation and safety practices according to company and government standards
  • Develop sanitation schedules and enforce adherence among staff
  • Issue written and oral instructions
  • Help select, orient, and oversee staff training
  • Perform other assigned duties as needed
