Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum 1 year experience in restaurant or institutional food service setting
- flexible availability including days, nights and weekends
- ability to adhere to health and safety regulations
- strong leadership and communication skills
- experience with inventory management
- familiarity with pos software
- class a commercial driver's license desirable but not required

- Passion and knowledge of quality food preparation, presentation and taste
- experience managing a food truck preferred

- familiarity with pos software (Toast/Clover)
Job Duties
- Manage staff to assist with food truck daily operations
- train staff in proper kitchen conduct and food handling, overseeing the sanitation and safety of the food truck
- adhere to all city and town regulations with regard to health and safety of food truck operations
- develop and maintain operating procedures for the truck
- implement and manage inventory system for food truck and commissary
- meet and exceed the expectations of customer’s perceived value
