Job Requirements

  • 1 years' experience in a restaurant or institutional food service setting
  • class A Commercial Driver's License desirable, but not required

  • Passion and knowledge of quality food preparation, presentation and taste
  • experience managing a food truck preferred
  • flexible schedule to include days, night and weekends
  • proven success in a team-oriented environment

  • impeccable attention to detail, prioritization, multi-tasking, task planning and budget management
  • leadership skills required
  • strong ability to inspire, motivate self and others
  • proven ability with team collaboration, creative problem solving and conflict resolution
  • familiarity with POS software (Toast/Clover)

Job Duties

  • Manage staff to assist with food truck daily operations
  • train staff in proper kitchen conduct and food handling, overseeing the sanitation and safety of the food truck
  • adhere to all city and town regulations with regard to health and safety of food truck operations
  • develop and maintain operating procedures for the truck
  • implement and manage inventory system for food truck and commissary
  • meet and exceed the expectations of customer's perceived value
