Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- must submit to and pass Level 2 background screening through the Florida Department of Children & Families
- valid drivers' license Class E with a clean driving record
- SERV Safe Manager Food Safety Certification required or must obtain within first three months of employment
- previous experience in driving, operating, cleaning, and executing orders on a food truck
- ability to work at a fast pace and stand for long periods of time
- strong customer service and communication skills
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Safely operate and drive the food truck to designated locations and events
- set up, open, and close food truck operations in accordance with organizational procedures
- prepare, cook, and serve menu items to customers in a timely and professional manner
- provide friendly and efficient customer service, handling transactions as required
- maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and supplies
- monitor food levels and restock supplies as needed
- ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and health regulations
- keep the food truck clean, organized, and well-maintained at all times
- load and unload equipment and supplies for events and service
- train, guide, and support assistants or volunteers working in the food truck
- report maintenance or operational issues to the Food Service Manager
- perform other duties as assigned
