Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • must submit to and pass Level 2 background screening through the Florida Department of Children & Families
  • valid drivers' license Class E with a clean driving record
  • SERV Safe Manager Food Safety Certification required or must obtain within first three months of employment
  • previous experience in driving, operating, cleaning, and executing orders on a food truck
  • ability to work at a fast pace and stand for long periods of time
  • strong customer service and communication skills

Job Qualifications

  • Must submit to and pass Level 2 background screening through the Florida Department of Children & Families

Job Duties

  • Safely operate and drive the food truck to designated locations and events
  • set up, open, and close food truck operations in accordance with organizational procedures
  • prepare, cook, and serve menu items to customers in a timely and professional manner
  • provide friendly and efficient customer service, handling transactions as required
  • maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and supplies
  • monitor food levels and restock supplies as needed
  • ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and health regulations
  • keep the food truck clean, organized, and well-maintained at all times
  • load and unload equipment and supplies for events and service
  • train, guide, and support assistants or volunteers working in the food truck
  • report maintenance or operational issues to the Food Service Manager
  • perform other duties as assigned
