  • experience as a leader, preferably in a food truck, customer service or kitchen environment
  • ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • ability to stand for up to 10 hours
  • ability to be physically active for extended periods
  • must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a positive attitude under pressure

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Maintain positive working relationships and provide direction and feedback to all employees
  • collaborate with the management team to train and track the performance of new team members
  • motivate team members to maintain high customer service scores
  • ensure timely completion of shift tasks and opening/closing responsibilities
  • take ownership of restaurant facilities, ensuring organization and adherence to sanitation and food safety procedures
  • demonstrate a complete understanding of key positions in both front-of-house and back-of-house
