Job Duties
- Loading product onto truck
- cleaning of the truck internals and all dishes associated with it
- unloading all small wares and coolers
- cleaning them
- restocking and reloading
- preparing and loading truck for business day
- basic food preparation of limited items
- weekly detail cleaning of internal and external areas of truck
- cleaning facility including parking lot after above is complete
