Job Duties
- Loading product onto truck
- Cleaning of the truck internals and all dishes associated with it
- Unloading all small wares and coolers, cleaning them, restocking and reloading
- Preparing/loading truck for business day
- Basic food preparation of limited items
- Weekly detail cleaning of internal and external areas of truck
- Cleaning facility, including parking lot, after above is complete
