Job Requirements
- Previous experience in catering, hospitality, or food service management
- provide structure and guidance to staff members to ensure daily operations run smoothly
- strong organizational and multitasking skills
- excellent communication and customer service abilities
- ability to lead, train, and motivate a team
- knowledge of food safety and handling practices
- valid driver's license
- ability to pull a trailer with a truck strongly encouraged
- flexible schedule including evenings and weekends as needed
- ability to lift up to 40 lbs and remain on feet for extended periods

Job Duties
- Oversee food preparation and presentation to meet 228 Cocina standards
- manage staff and delegate responsibilities
- ensure timely service, quality control, and great customer experiences
- handle customer communication, gather feedback, and resolve any on-site issues
- track and manage inventory and supplies
- maintain strict food safety and sanitation standards at all times
