Job Duties
- Drive food trucks safely between Harvard Square and the Roxbury kitchen
- Prepare and serve food on the food truck
- Stand for prolonged periods and walk repeatedly during shifts
- Lift up to 50 pounds as needed
- Manage time effectively and maintain punctuality
- Work independently while taking ownership of job quality
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth food truck operations
