We are a well-established, high-traffic brewery launching an exciting new in-house food truck concept and are actively seeking a talented Food Truck Chef to take on a leadership role within this venture. Our brewery, known for its vibrant community atmosphere and commitment to quality craft beverages, is expanding its offerings to include a unique culinary experience directly from our very own food truck. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • previous cooking experience
  • ability to lead operations and staff
  • reliable and self-motivated
  • able to work independently and make decisions
  • valid driver’s license to drive food truck
  • ability to work full-time
  • flexible to work varying shifts including evenings and weekends

Job Qualifications

  • Strong cooking skills
  • experience in food trucks or small kitchens a plus
  • ability to execute under pressure
  • organized and self-motivated
  • leadership skills to coordinate a small team
  • creativity in refining food concepts
  • experience with inventory and cost management

Job Duties

  • Executing and evolving the existing menu
  • developing new items and improving the concept over time
  • food prep and cooking during service
  • ordering and shopping for ingredients
  • inventory and cost control
  • setup, service, and breakdown including driving the truck to and from the commissary
  • maintaining cleanliness and food safety standards
  • act as the point person on the truck during service
  • help coordinate and direct other staff during prep and service
  • work directly with ownership to plan menus, ordering, and day-to-day operations
  • assist with training and onboarding of team members as needed
