Job Requirements
- Two years of previous box truck driving experience
- must have valid driver’s license
- ability to work on an on-call schedule with varied hours
- must adhere to safety and sanitation standards
- able to perform routine vehicle maintenance
- strong customer service skills
- able to manage inventory and delivery logistics
Job Qualifications
- Must have a valid state driver’s license
- must have valid food handler’s permit where required
- ability to operate company vehicles safely and in compliance with traffic laws
Job Duties
- Picks up requisitioned supplies from staging clerk
- receives completed production orders and inventories items
- loads orders onto truck with assistance
- unloads requisitioned materials at delivery site
- follows sanitation and safety guidelines when handling food and equipment
- ensures food items comply with company standards and safety requirements
- collects empty containers and unsold merchandise
- maintains cleanliness of assigned vehicle
- performs routine maintenance on truck
- interacts with coworkers to uphold service standards
- provides quality customer service
- performs other assigned duties
