Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proficiency in English and ability to interpret instructions
  • Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
  • Knowledge of and ability to implement OSEH and HACCP standards
  • Ability to maintain prolonged standing
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds routinely
  • Authorization to work in the United States

Job Qualifications

  • Proficiency in English and ability to interpret instructions
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
  • Understanding and implementation of OSEH and HACCP physical and food safety standards
  • Ability to maintain a static position for extended periods
  • Ability to routinely move items weighing up to 50 lbs
  • Experience in food service or culinary environment preferred

Job Duties

  • Follow standardized recipes for meal preparation in back-of-house or front-of-house stations
  • Maintain a clean work environment complying with HACCP standards and health codes
  • Set up assigned workstations including receiving and storage of supplies
  • Assist cooks and bakers with routine food preparation tasks
  • Trim and slice cooked meats and cheeses
  • Clean and process raw vegetables and fruits
  • Participate in cross-departmental assignments as required to support year-round scheduling
