Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Authorization to work in the U.S.
  • Ability to follow safety and hygiene regulations
  • Flexibility to work specified shifts including Sundays, Wednesdays, and Saturdays
  • Ability to adhere to collective bargaining agreement terms
  • Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
  • Commitment to maintain cleanliness and food safety standards

Job Qualifications

  • Proficiency in English
  • Ability to interpret instructions
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
  • Knowledge of OSEH and HACCP food safety standards

  • Experience in food preparation or service is preferred but not required

Job Duties

  • Follow standardized recipes for meals in assigned stations
  • Maintain clean work environment following HACCP and health codes
  • Set up workstations including receiving and storing supplies
  • Assist cooks and bakers with routine food preparation tasks
  • Trim and slice cooked meats and cheeses
  • Clean and process raw vegetables and fruits
  • Move items weighing up to 50 lbs routinely
