Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • ability to work full-time hours as per schedule
  • proficiency in English
  • knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
  • physical ability to stand for long periods
  • capability to lift and move heavy items up to 50 lbs
  • willingness to work weekends and holidays
  • authorization to work in the U.S.

Job Qualifications

  • proficiency in English and ability to interpret instructions
  • ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
  • understanding and implementation of OSEH and HACCP physical and food safety standards
  • ability to maintain a static position for extended periods
  • ability to routinely move items weighing up to 50 lbs
  • experience in food service or culinary environment is preferred but not required

Job Duties

  • follow standardized recipes for meals in production kitchen or front-of-house station
  • maintain a clean work environment following HACCP standards and health codes
  • set up assigned work stations including receiving and storage of supplies
  • assist cooks and bakers with routine food preparation tasks
  • trim and slice cooked meats and cheeses
  • clean and process raw vegetables and fruits
  • maintain cleanliness and organization of work area
