Job Requirements
- Authorization to work in the U.S.
- Proficiency in English and ability to interpret instructions
- Ability to work a flexible schedule that may include weekends and holidays
- Ability to understand and implement OSEH and HACCP physical and food safety standards
- Maintain a static position for extended periods of time
- Routinely move items weighing up to 50 lbs

Job Duties
- Follow standardized recipes for meal preparation
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards according to HACCP and health codes
- Set up assigned workstations including receiving and storage of supplies
- Assist cooks and bakers with routine food preparation tasks
- Trim and slice cooked meats and cheeses
- Clean and process raw vegetables and fruits
- Comply with safety and waste reduction protocols
