Job Requirements

  • Authorization to work in the U.S.
  • Proficiency in English and ability to interpret instructions
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule that may include weekends and holidays
  • Ability to understand and implement OSEH and HACCP physical and food safety standards
  • Maintain a static position for extended periods of time
  • Routinely move items weighing up to 50 lbs

Job Qualifications

  • Proficiency in English with ability to interpret instructions

  • Experience in food service or similar environment preferred
  • Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Physical capability to lift and move items up to 50 lbs

Job Duties

  • Follow standardized recipes for meal preparation
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards according to HACCP and health codes
  • Set up assigned workstations including receiving and storage of supplies
  • Assist cooks and bakers with routine food preparation tasks
  • Trim and slice cooked meats and cheeses
  • Clean and process raw vegetables and fruits
  • Comply with safety and waste reduction protocols
