Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Authorization to work in the U.S.
  • Ability to follow detailed instructions
  • Capability to maintain punctuality and reliability
  • Physical ability to stand for long periods and perform manual work

  • Physical ability to lift and move items weighing up to 50 pounds

Job Duties

  • Follow standardized recipes for meal preparation
  • Maintain a clean work environment adhering to HACCP and health codes
  • Set up assigned workstations including receiving and storage of supplies
  • Assist cooks and bakers with routine food preparation
  • Trim and slice cooked meats and cheeses
  • Clean and process raw vegetables and fruits
  • Comply with food safety and sanitation standards
