Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
- ability to understand and implement OSEH and HACCP standards
- proficiency in English
- physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- adherence to safety and sanitation regulations
- authorization to work in the U.S.

Job Duties
- follow standardized recipes for meal preparation

- set up assigned workstation including receiving and storage of supplies
- assist cooks and bakers with routine food preparation tasks
- trim and slice cooked meats and cheeses
- clean and process raw vegetables and fruits
- comply with food safety and occupational health standards
