Job Duties
- Supervise room service and retail staff for timely, accurate meal delivery
- ensure compliance with safety, sanitation, and documentation standards
- train and support team members
- assist with evaluations
- conduct daily rounds to coach staff and spot improvement opportunities
- handle service recovery and maintain cash controls
- support departmental performance improvement initiatives
