Job Duties

  • Supervise room service and retail staff for timely, accurate meal delivery
  • ensure compliance with safety, sanitation, and documentation standards
  • train and support team members
  • assist with evaluations
  • conduct daily rounds to coach staff and spot improvement opportunities
  • handle service recovery and maintain cash controls
  • support departmental performance improvement initiatives
