Job Requirements
- high school diploma
- three years of supervisor or cooking experience
- Servsafe certification
- knowledge of procurement, storage, preparation, distribution and serving of food products
- understanding of dietetic principles related to menu planning and nutritional adequacy
- knowledge of food service management principles
- familiarity with sanitary and safety procedures
- ability to maintain food service records and prepare reports
Job Qualifications

- ability to work with little to no supervision
- ability to read and prepare meals using recipe cards and production sheets
Job Duties
- assist with inspections
- staff training
- oversee staff job duties
- help as a backup in preparation and cooking/baking of food products
- become familiar with headcount/cashier procedures
- manage meal adjustments and serving line appearance
- assist with shift coverage
