Job Requirements

high school diploma
three years of supervisor or cooking experience
Servsafe certification
knowledge of procurement, storage, preparation, distribution and serving of food products
understanding of dietetic principles related to menu planning and nutritional adequacy
knowledge of food service management principles
familiarity with sanitary and safety procedures
ability to maintain food service records and prepare reports

Job Qualifications
