Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of one year of related work experience
- Availability to work afternoon, evening, or overnight shifts including varying days and some weekends or holidays
- Ability to oversee and coordinate work activities of service employees
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to handle customer service and resolve problems effectively

- Team-oriented and adaptable
- Reliable and committed to nurturing a healthy and safe working environment
- At least one year of related work experience
- Previous supervisory experience preferred
Job Duties
- Provide support to management in the daily oversight of key functions and employees during the normal course of business
- Assist in ensuring a safe working environment throughout the facility for all employees
- Facilitate orientation and training of employees
- Work with customers to ensure satisfaction in such areas as quality, service, and problem resolution
- Attend work and show for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity
- Other duties may be assigned and can differ among accounts, depending on business necessities and client requirements
