Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of one year of related work experience
  • Availability to work afternoon, evening, or overnight shifts including varying days and some weekends or holidays
  • Ability to oversee and coordinate work activities of service employees
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to handle customer service and resolve problems effectively

Job Qualifications

  • Team-oriented and adaptable
  • Reliable and committed to nurturing a healthy and safe working environment
  • At least one year of related work experience
  • Previous supervisory experience preferred

Job Duties

  • Provide support to management in the daily oversight of key functions and employees during the normal course of business
  • Assist in ensuring a safe working environment throughout the facility for all employees
  • Facilitate orientation and training of employees
  • Work with customers to ensure satisfaction in such areas as quality, service, and problem resolution
  • Attend work and show for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity
  • Other duties may be assigned and can differ among accounts, depending on business necessities and client requirements
