Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • One or more years of related work experience
  • Ability to work varying shifts including days and hours with open availability preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to provide leadership and supervise employees
  • Capability to maintain a safe work environment
  • Punctuality and reliability
  • Previous supervisory experience preferred

Job Duties

  • Provide support to management in the daily oversight of key functions and employees during the normal course of business
  • Assist in ensuring a safe working environment throughout the facility for all employees
  • Facilitate orientation and training of employees
  • Work with customers to ensure satisfaction in such areas as quality, service, and problem resolution
  • Attend work and show for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity
  • Perform other assigned duties which may vary among accounts depending on business necessities and client requirements
