Job Requirements

Minimum of one year of related work experience
Ability to work afternoon and evening shifts including rotating weekends
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to support a team and foster a positive work environment
Dependable attendance and punctuality

One or more years of related work experience
Previous supervisory experience preferred

Job Duties

Provide support to management in the daily oversight of key functions and employees during the normal course of business
Assist in ensuring a safe working environment throughout the facility for all employees
Facilitate orientation and training of employees
Work with customers to ensure satisfaction in such areas as quality, service, and problem resolution
Attend work and show for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity
Perform other duties that may be assigned and can differ among accounts depending on business necessities and client requirements
