Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
minimum one year of related work experience
prior supervisory experience preferred
availability to work afternoon and evening shifts including some weekends and holidays
reliable attendance and punctuality
ability to communicate effectively with team members and customers

Job Duties

Provide support to management in daily oversight of key functions and employees during business hours
assist in ensuring a safe working environment throughout the facility for all employees
facilitate orientation and training of employees
work with customers to ensure satisfaction in quality, service, and problem resolution
attend work and show for scheduled shifts on time with satisfactory regularity
perform other duties as assigned, varying by business needs and client requirements
