Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
minimum of one year related work experience
previous supervisory experience preferred but not required
open availability for varying shifts and work hours
ability to stand for extended periods
able to work in a fast-paced environment
willing to adhere to safety protocols
punctuality and regular attendance

Job Qualifications

Team-oriented and adaptable
reliable
experience of one or more years related to food service or supervisory roles preferred
effective communication skills
ability to multitask and manage work activities
commitment to maintaining a safe and healthy work environment
basic knowledge of food safety standards
customer service experience

Job Duties

Provide support to management in daily oversight of key functions and employees
assist in ensuring a safe working environment throughout the facility
facilitate orientation and training of employees
work with customers to ensure satisfaction in quality, service, and problem resolution
attend work and show for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity
perform other duties as assigned, varying by account and client requirements
