Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • minimum of one year related work experience
  • previous supervisory experience preferred but not required
  • open availability for varying shifts and work hours
  • ability to stand for extended periods
  • able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • willing to adhere to safety protocols
  • punctuality and regular attendance

Job Duties

  • Provide support to management in daily oversight of key functions and employees
  • assist in ensuring a safe working environment throughout the facility
  • facilitate orientation and training of employees
  • work with customers to ensure satisfaction in quality, service, and problem resolution
  • attend work and show for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity
  • perform other duties as assigned, varying by account and client requirements
