Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • one or more years of related work experience
  • availability to work varying shifts, days, and hours with open availability preferred
  • ability to provide oversight and coordinate routine work activities of service employees engaged in food operations
  • excellent communication and customer service skills
  • ability to attend scheduled shifts consistently and punctually

Job Duties

  • Provide support to management in the daily oversight of key functions and employees during the normal course of business
  • assist in ensuring a safe working environment throughout the facility for all employees
  • facilitate orientation and training of employees
  • work with customers to ensure satisfaction in such areas as quality, service, and problem resolution
  • attend work and show for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity
  • perform other duties as assigned depending on business necessities and client requirements
