Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of one year of related work experience
  • Ability to work afternoon and evening shifts including some weekends and holidays
  • Must be reliable and punctual
  • Ability to support a safe and healthy work environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills and customer service orientation
  • Previous supervisory experience preferred but not mandatory

Job Duties

  • Provide support to management in the daily oversight of key functions and employees during the normal course of business
  • Assist in ensuring a safe working environment throughout the facility for all employees
  • Facilitate orientation and training of employees
  • Work with customers to ensure satisfaction in such areas as quality, service, and problem resolution
  • Attend work and show for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity
  • Perform other duties as assigned, adapting to business necessities and client requirements
  • Coordinate routine work activities of service employees engaged in food operations
