Job Duties
- Provide support to management in daily oversight of key functions and employees
- assist in ensuring a safe working environment throughout the facility
- facilitate orientation and training of employees
- work with customers to ensure satisfaction including quality, service, and problem resolution
- attend work and show for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity
- perform other duties as assigned according to business necessities and client requirements
