Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of one year of experience in food service or related field
  • Availability to work varying shifts, including days and hours with open availability preferred
  • Ability to follow safety regulations and ensure compliance
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be able to attend work consistently and punctually

Job Duties

  • Provide support to management in the daily oversight of key functions and employees during the normal course of business
  • Assist in ensuring a safe working environment throughout the facility for all employees
  • Facilitate orientation and training of employees
  • Work with customers to ensure satisfaction in such areas as quality, service, and problem resolution
  • Attend work and show for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity
  • Perform other duties as assigned which may differ among accounts, depending on business necessities and client requirements
