Job Requirements

  • Able to work varying shifts with open availability preferred
  • 1 or more years of related work experience
  • previous supervisory experience preferred
  • strong leadership and communication skills
  • ability to maintain a safe working environment
  • reliable and punctual
  • willingness to assist with training and customer service
  • able to attend scheduled shifts on time with satisfactory regularity

Job Duties

  • Provide support to management in the daily oversight of key functions and employees during the normal course of business
  • assist in ensuring a safe working environment throughout the facility for all employees
  • facilitate orientation and training of employees
  • work with customers to ensure satisfaction in such areas as quality, service, and problem resolution
  • attend work and show for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity
  • perform other duties may be assigned and can differ among accounts, depending on business necessities and client requirements
