Job Duties
- Provide support to management in daily oversight of key functions and employees during business operations
- Assist in ensuring a safe working environment for all employees
- Facilitate orientation and training of employees
- Work with customers to ensure satisfaction regarding quality, service, and problem resolution
- Attend work and show for scheduled shifts on time with satisfactory regularity
- Perform other duties as assigned based on business and client needs
