Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent
- minimum one year of relevant work experience
- prior experience supervising food service or related teams preferred
- excellent communication and organizational skills
- ability to train and mentor staff
- customer service oriented
- capable of multitasking effectively
Job Duties
- provide support to management in daily oversight of key functions and employees
- ensure a safe working environment for all employees
- facilitate orientation and training of employees
- handle customer satisfaction including quality, service, and problem resolution
- attend work and show for scheduled shifts on time
- coordinate routine work activities of service employees engaged in food operations
- perform other duties as assigned based on business and client requirements
