Job Requirements

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum one year of relevant work experience
  • prior experience supervising food service or related teams preferred
  • excellent communication and organizational skills
  • ability to train and mentor staff
  • customer service oriented
  • capable of multitasking effectively

Job Duties

  • provide support to management in daily oversight of key functions and employees
  • ensure a safe working environment for all employees
  • facilitate orientation and training of employees
  • handle customer satisfaction including quality, service, and problem resolution
  • attend work and show for scheduled shifts on time
  • coordinate routine work activities of service employees engaged in food operations
  • perform other duties as assigned based on business and client requirements
