Job Requirements
- high school diploma or GED preferred
- no prior experience required
- knowledge of basic food safety principles
- Serve Safe training may be required
- ISDOH Food Handler certification may be required depending on location
- basic computer skills
- ability to stand and/or walk for long periods
- ability to lift, push, pull, bend, and kneel
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience preferred
- basic knowledge of food safety, infection control, and sanitation
- basic computer skills
- familiarity with CBORD system preferred
- ability to communicate courteously and effectively

Job Duties
- prepare, plate, serve, and transport food and supplies
- ensure quick, accurate, and courteous service
- resolve customer concerns promptly
- maintain sanitation, cleaning, and infection control practices
- operate various food service and computer equipment
- assist in food safety compliance
- support diverse customer base including patients, families, and staff
