Job Requirements
- High school diploma, GED or equivalent experience preferred
- No prior experience required
- Knowledge of basic food safety, infection control, and sanitation
- Serve Safe training may be required depending on location
- Certification under Title 410 IAC 7-22 may be required at some locations
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CBORD system preferred
- Ability to stand or walk for long periods
- Ability to lift, push, pull, bend and kneel

Job Duties
- Prepare food according to established guidelines
- Plate and serve food to patients and customers
- Transport food and supplies within the hospital
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Address and resolve customer concerns promptly
- Maintain sanitation and infection control standards
- Operate food service and computer equipment including CBORD system
