Job Requirements
- High School diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
- adhere to food safety and sanitation procedures
- ability to work full-time or part-time on day shifts
- positive attitude and customer service orientation
- capacity to follow health standards and state regulations
- ability to perform physical tasks related to food service
- flexibility to follow assigned break schedules
- willingness to perform additional duties as needed
Job Qualifications
- High School diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
- previous food service experience preferred
Job Duties
- Prepare and/or build food items while providing customer service and adhering to food safety, food handling, and sanitation procedures
- prepare and deliver food and trays, wash dishes, and clean and sanitize the kitchen according to health standards
- serve and replenish food from counters and steam tables
- prepare cold sandwiches and read recipes
- adhere to State Sanitation codes and regulations
- follow assigned break schedules
- collect and strip trays for dish-washing if assigned
- maintain excellent customer service and a positive attitude toward guests, customers, clients, co-workers, etc.
- perform any other duties as assigned
