Job Duties
- Prepare and build food items while providing customer service and adhering to food safety, food handling, and sanitation procedures
- Prepare and deliver food and trays, wash dishes, and clean and sanitize the kitchen according to health standards
- Serve and replenish food from counters and steam tables
- Prepare cold sandwiches and read recipes
- Adhere to state sanitation codes and regulations
- Follow assigned break schedules
- Collect and strip trays for dish-washing if assigned
- Maintain excellent customer service and a positive attitude toward guests, customers, clients, co-workers, etc.
- Perform any other duties as assigned
