Job Duties
- Prepare and build food items while providing customer service and adhering to food safety, food handling, and sanitation procedures
- prepare and deliver food and trays
- wash dishes and clean and sanitize the kitchen according to health standards
- serve and replenish food from counters and steam tables
- prepare cold sandwiches and read recipes
- adhere to state sanitation codes and regulations
- follow assigned break schedules
- collect and strip trays for dish-washing if assigned
- maintain excellent customer service and a positive attitude toward guests, customers, clients, co-workers
- perform any other duties as assigned
