Job Requirements
- No experience required
- Knowledge of basic food safety, infection control, and sanitation
- Ability to stand and/or walk for long periods
- Ability to lift, push, pull, bend, and kneel
- Serve Safe training or ISDOH Food Handler certification may be required depending on location
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience preferred
- Basic computer skills preferred
- Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and infection control
- Ability to operate food service equipment
- Customer service skills
- Ability to work flexible rotating shifts
Job Duties
- Prepares, plates, and serves food to patients and staff
- Transports food and supplies efficiently within the facility
- Ensures quick, accurate, and courteous customer service
- Resolves customer concerns in a professional manner
- Maintains sanitation and infection control standards
- Operates food service and computer equipment
- Adheres to food safety regulations and procedures
