- Valid Oklahoma Food Handler's permit
- One year related experience preferred
- Effective interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to work independently with general supervision
- Ability to train and monitor staff
- Compliance with hospital and department policies and safety protocols

Job Duties
- Supervises assigned areas and personnel ensuring appropriate staffing, scheduling, training, and covering shifts when needed
- Ensures accurate and timely productivity while meeting sanitation and safety guidelines
- Assists managers with interviewing, performance evaluations, counseling, reporting, and in-service training
- Addresses department downtime, safety issues, and problems with corrective actions
- Trains and monitors staff on hospital policies, safety, sanitation, computer use, and documentation
- Communicates employee, equipment, and department needs to management
- Supports management and peers through positive words and actions
